Obviously the debate on this subject is likely one of the hottest topics on this forum. So let's collect some data on how we all (currently) feel about owning one of these particular engines:<br /><br />**remember this is not a debate question, just a method of identifying which you prefer. No need to say why you would buy it.<br /><br />**keep your answers short, but specific !! examples:<br /><br />-I would buy a 4 stroke (Suzuki).<br />-I would buy a 2 stroke DFI(Bombardier)<br />-I would buy a classic 2 stroke carbureted.(mercury)<br /><br />Here is the survey question:<br /><br />If you were buying a brand new OB next spring would it be a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke?
<br /><br />I currently have a 4 stroke Johnson 9.9 (OMC built) and a 4 stroke Suzuki DF70.
