my sic is seized and i want to replace it. how can i get it off?

Heat that bolt up or cut zinc remains off and apply W40, brake fluid overdose, let penetrate or heat bolt and remove.

i goth the bolt out already and tried wd-40 but nothing.

Chip out the old corroded debris and start new.
