I would like to thank everyone for helping me solve recoil problems! Got it started but then shut it down because water flow was not that great. My question is how much water should be pumping out? Constant stream or just trickling out? Should i just replace impeller? This motor has been sitting for years. Is there anything else that should be replaced?

You are by no means going to get a hose like stream from that motor, but regardless, if that motor has sat idle for years, the impellers rubber is likely shot, and should be replaced before it disintegrates and you are picking chunks of rubber out from the water line, or worse stuck with an overheated motor. Impellers are cheap, but replacing them can save hundreds.
