I have a 2002 Mercury 4 stroke 50HP tiller. When the key is first turned on, the warning system horn beeps 4 times.<br /><br />The engine will start and run, however when you "goose" it from a standstill, it bogs down and runs rough until the RPM's stabilize.<br /><br />Someone suggested to me that this may be a fuel pump problem.
