4.3MPI oil leaking from remote oil housing

I have had to replace the main gasket that goes to the block from my remote oil setup on both of my 4.3mpi's and now one is leaking again. The big orange gasket that goes to the block becomes hard and brital and starts to leak. Has anyone had this problem with these? I guess this is happening cause of the oil temp. And of course these engines have no oil cooler.
