4.3L V6 OMC Cobra Wont get power

I recently bought this boat last summer, its always seemed to start with some hesitation.<br /><br />I recently replace the starter assist solenoid and thought that was the problem.<br /><br />Now when i turn the key i get no power at all to any of my gages or swithes. I found that the IGN 20amp fuse was burnt so i replace it. After i replace the fuse, the problem still exists. I checked all other connections and the battery is fully charged. <br /><br />Lost and need some guidance, thanks.

There are also 2 big 50 amp fuses back on top of the engine towards the rear near the big black engine harness connector. One of these is for the power tilt/trim, does it work? The other one actually feeds the 20 amp fuse you replaced, maybe it blew too? Anyway they are in black waterproof inline fuse holders.
