4.3l OMC fresh water conversion, has oil in antifreeze

Guys,

I converted my raw water cooling to the San Juan Heat Exchanger aftermarket conversion. I did this when I had a new 4.3l block put in the boat, plus I am in saltwater. I used the old intake manifold which was a bit rusty in the water inlets. The temp is fine but, after running it all day, I notice the reserve bottle has antifreeze mixed with oil. Also, the raditor cap has an oil film on it.

I bring up the intake manifold b/c one of the bolts had oil leaking thru near the carb. The leaky bolt was fixed with some RTV and gorilla goop Merc gasket sealer.

I notice no mixing of antifreeze in the oil itself. The dipstick shows clean oil. It's been suggested that exhaust will leak thru the head gasket at high rpm's. I thought I should check the head bolts with a torque wrench.

Any other possibilities?
