4.3GL-J how do i get the rotor arm off?

Ive got a new cap, arm and leads coming, and whilst checking i had ordered the correct parts, couldnt work out how to get the rotor arm off the shaft, ive tried pulling and gently levering it, but no luck and i dont want to break anything, i couldnt see any means of locking it in place.
Maybe just corroded on?
Engine is 2009 carb model.

Rust and corrosion is all that's holding it. They get like that sometimes. Pull harder or carefully pry it off.

All done, as Don said was rusty and pretty bloody tight.

Update, now runs way better, idles smoother and starts a treat, hot or cold.
