4.3gl-b Volvo Penta impeller removal

I am looking over to buy a 99 Four Winns 180 Horizon with the subject engine drive. I know the that the impeller is original. There is a bar that sits between the intake and out lines of the raw water pump. Does this bar have to be traced back and removed to replace the impeller? It would appear to me that the bar woudl prevent removal of the raw water pump cover. And the engine compartment is too tight to see where the bar bolts on. Also do you happen to know the OEM of this raw water pump?

There are two nuts holding that support in place. It keeps the pump from turning and putting the pressure on the hoses.<br /><br />

<br /><br />The Volvo part number for the impeller kit is 3862567, the part number for the Volvo service manual I got the picture from is 7743365.
