4.3 OMC Trim won't move!!!!!HELP!!!

Typical stupid mistake last night. Left the trim down while pulling the boat out. Now the trim has no juice? It doesn't make a sound? Acts as if maybe a fuse is bad. Checked the fuse and it looks fine? Any suggestions

Did it do any damage to the outdrive?
