4.3 omc 1991 v-6 it cranks but wont start

Got this boat that i wast told that wasnt running so i change distribuitor cap, rotor, ignition coil, even the ignition module but it just wont start, the ignition coil get hot after sometimes trying to start it , the spark plugs and wires still the same, any ideas on what i need to do

Do you have spark? Do you have fuel?

Thanks for your coment. Annd yes I have fuel but no I don't have spark going out of the distribuitor on any of the six cables
