Every cylinder has 130 to 150lbs of pressure except 1 cylinder has 80lbs, plug is firing but cylinder is dead. Just rebuilt the motor and had the heads worked and it ran good 3 times out but now this is my problem. Thinkin valve could be too tight or out of adjustment. Any suggestions?

Could be a valve, yes, check all of them again, and adjust if necessary as this is an easy fix.

If it's just been rebuilt it could be a broken piston ring or someone forgetting to torque a bolt or nut somewhere wich has loosened further.

not #6 cylinder?
I think the rocker arms are torqued to 20Ft/lbs. so i doubt it`s tight. Tuliped or burnt maybe.

Take out the sparkplug and squirt a bunch of oil from an oil can into the cylinder. Then crank it over a few times with sparkplug reinstalled. Do another compression test on that cylinder. If the compression is still down it's a valve problem of some sort. If it goes way up, it's a cylinder problem.
