4.3-liter Volvo Power Jet 4.3 GS

I have a Scarab little squirt - 19'

When I turn the key all I'm getting is "KKKK Lunk"

Jumped battery, getting juice
Checked jets/grate - can't see any obstruction

Any thoughts? Maybe starter?

Not sure where to start on this - it was running fine, got gas, then "Kkkk Lunk"

Could be starter. Check to see if its loose or for any broken mounting bolts.
