First off this forum has helped me immensely, just want to thank everyone for the help.
I’m looking for ideas on how I should go about tackling an engine swap 4.3 l mercruiser to a 4.3 l mercruiser. Seems straight forward however the issue I am running into is how to best get the engine out. I have an engine hoist but the swim deck in the back is too long for the hoist to proper seat over the engine. I tried going to the side and I run into the same issue. I was hoping you all would have some tips or tricks.
