38 LaSalle is Alive

We'll after about 3 years of working on my dads 38 LaSalle, we finally got it running.<br /><br />Once we got the thing spinning over fast enough, it started in about 10 seconds.<br /><br />We even we able to drive it around the back yard, but we had no throttle (just adjusted the idle high).<br /><br />Man, it was definatley a milestone.<br /><br />A few more weekends and it will be ready for a drive on the highway.<br /><br />Ken

Restoored they are worth BIG money, that one is over 40k. <br /><br />I wish I could remember what year it is. . . . maybe you know?<br /><br />I have more pics of it if your intersted

Hey Ryan, I'm no expert, but that one looks like it was built some time around 1928. They are pretty, but boy are they primative.<br /><br />Ken, when ya gonna post some pics?!?!? Congrats on getting the old girl running!
