hi i have an evinrude 35hp engine and its not siezes as ive had it going and prop moves but i replaced the pulstart cord andwhen i replaced it theres a white plastic thing sticking out i dont quit know if that should be secured but my main prob is the gear stick blue metal stick on the right wont move ive tried rotating the prop a few times it moves around but still wont ghange gears the throttle cable is attached on the other side should i undo that then try.theres leavers around that ive lifted up thats attached to the gears but its making no diff a mechanic had same prob and moved somthing that enabled the gears to be changed but i cant get hold of him pls help i know its somthing stupid im not doing its frustrating
