350 omc timing tab has no numbers

The tab is still there but I cant read anything. It still has the jagged notches and I can tell where top dead center is but do not know what each notch stands for. And what is timing for 1989 omc 350 with prestolite distributor (that has been converted to electronic via the $120 kit)?<br />Thanks for any help.

timing is 8 degrees before TDC at idle and 21 degrees advance at 3000rpm
