3207 cruising speed?

Hello all. I am purchasing a 1985 Carver 3207 with twin Merc 350s. I am looking for somebody that already owns this model so I can know what to expect for a cruising speed and top speed. Not looking for formulas right now.... would really like to hear from an owner that knows this boat. And if you know fuel consumption as well that would be great! Thanks!

Hi, I own a 1984 with 350 Crusaders 270. mine will reach 30 mph when properly trimmed. As for cruising speed mine likes anywhere between 2400 to 3000 rpms and coasts at 12 to 16 mph. As for fuel consumption, last summer I did approx. 110 hrs of boating between Ottawa and Kingston, many locks and my cost was about $3K. You will love this boat as it is the most spacious 32 foot boat out there not to mention it handles like many 34 and 36.
