More info please, what kind of motor, year, history of problem. You say its got fuel, where does it have fuel, in the tank, in the carb bowl, in the cylinder during the firing stroke, how do you know? Squirt some pre-mix in the carb throat and try to start it. Pull the plug(s), ground them, and turn it over and see if you are getting a strong blue spark. Tell us what happens
