I need help, bad. My boat was in storage. Today I changed the oil and filter and three new plugs. I hooked up the water and started it and it raced at high speed. I shut it off, looked at the tiller and saw it was in neutral yet it raced. I started it three more times and each time it raced at high speed shooting out water. I have never had this happen. What is this? Why is it racing when the tiller shows it in neutral?
