30 h.p tohatso starting problem

hi my new 30 h.p 1 week old with 6 hours running time is a pig to start.took it back to the dealer yesterday he checked it out and said it is the way i start it that i am fluding it. i tried it yesterday then it started first time this morning it refused to start i dried the plugs it then started.after having dozens of engines i now how to start one prime choke tiller in start position pull cord and go .this engine seems to flood after one or two pulls.any advice please.

Is this a 2-stroke or 4-stroke model? If 4-stroke, is it the carbureted 4-stroke or the newer "EFI" model?

hi it is a 2 stroke I contacted tohatso u.k they sent me a replacment carburater the next day all is fine now thank you tom. good service from tohatso

.... that was very nice of them ... the tohatsu dealers here in South Africa hates me ....
