3 month old gas

Hi gang. I have a 40hp nissan that I just got fixed after 3 months of non use. The gas in the tank is 3 months old. What should I do? Dumping it is diffucult here, can I use a restore addititve or stabilizer? Any suggestions or experiences? Thanks all!

Throw it away. The fuel isn't worth the risk of damage. Having said that, You can use fuel a lot older then 3 months...But each day it ages is one less life your cat has.

In a stable environment, "closed container" fuel<br />remains in a usable form for more than 1 year.<br />If you are uneasy with this information, put it<br />in your car or lawnmower engine and use it up that way.
