3.7L/165 Carb Jets.

Hello to all,

I have a 87 Sea Ray Seville 190BR with the Mercruser 3.7l/224 4 cylinder.

I am looking for jetting information for the carb (mercruser not rochester). I normally run at 5000 ft and it is running very rich. I would like to down jet the carb but I have not found a source for replacement jets.

I have not opened the carb up to see what size jets I have. Would like to find the avialibilty first.

Where can I find a jet kit or replacement jets?

Would Holley jets fit?

Here are the Mercruiser part numbers for different size jets. Your local Merc dealer should be able to get you the size you want.
Your carb should have a 1.65 jet in it.

No Holley jets wont fit. Those mercarbs are japanese made and metric. 'nutcase

Too bad. I have a complete set of holly jets. Looks like I need to buy some merc jets or a holly marine 2bbl.
