What kind of differences are there between a pre l990 3.0 liter and a post l990. Will a post l990 motor work in a l988 omc cobra set up. What kind of modifications are required??
3.0 (140) the only difference made was later with a 3.0lx different intake/exhaust ports , unless your pre 1973 then there were drive shaft changes in the upper but no big$$$$ deal
