Hello all! New guy here, I know the firing order of 1994 Mercruiser 3.0 LX is 1-3-4-2. My question is really simple in what order on the distributor to they go? My info tells me (facing the stern) 7 o'clock would be #1, followed by 11 o'clock #3, followed by 1 o'clock #4, and finally 5 o'clock #2, the reason why I ask is because the boat is new to me and while checking compression test I did not mark them, I just want to make sure.

The firing order is 1-3-4-2 with a clokewise rotation of the rotor. But you have to start by finding where #1 TDC on the compression stroke is.

Usually,......
#1 on the Cap is the 1,....
That's the Closest To #1 Spark Plug.......
