The nut that holds the faucet broke and having trouble finding a replacement.
Its 1-1/4 inch 14 tpi plastic nut. There is no mention of the manufacture on the faucet
Any help would be appreciated finding a replacement.
Many thanks

you may have to find a new faucet. however try the RV sites. boat sinks and faucets come from the RV world

you may want to also check your local hardware store that sells plumbing products. a search of a 1-1/4-14 nut pulled up a bunch of kohler faucets for home use.

Found the parts in local hardware surplus store, thanks for the suggestion. This 285 is very new to me and the manual I received with covers all models from 235 to 355 or larger and gets confusing so I need to ask a question. The pump out collection area at the bottom of the steps I notice a large attwood pump that seems to collect from the shower and send forward, is this the only grey water that goes to the grey tank? Seems the two sinks drain to this collection area and is pumped over side! Am I correct in this assumption?
Many thanks...

Boats generally don't have grey water tanks. It goes over board. The pump you mention sounds like a shower sump pump that collects the low point shower water and pumps it overboard. Do you have a grey tank? You're description is a bit confusing. First the shower water is collected and pumped forward, then two sinks drain there and is pumped overboard.

Thanks, sorry for the confusion. This boat has on the Stbd side, what they call a Black tank for the sewage and on the Port side a Grey tank, with emptying points labeled "Waste". I just purchased the boat and the seller said it all sinks etc. went to the Grey tank. As mention in op, the sinks go to this low point and is pumped overboard. Was asking if the Grey tank is only for the shower? Thinking now with my old boat filling up a marina with bubbles etc from my recently taken shower; So maybe this is a good thing!
