25m Mariner Throttle Question

Need help hooking up throttle controls. I rigged the shift controls good but I can't figure out the throttle. I know it's possible but I need some pointers or direction to parts. The rest of my photos will not post. I disconnected the tiller cables to that circular piece. Are there any parts to install throttle? I have controls and wires with the circular plastic piece at the ends. I also see a accessory port on the front right side. There is also a oval piece on the right outside of the motor. I tried rigging that but no go. Thank you!

The motor dose look like a 1984 year motor, but the SR# you gave is wrong and not in my book for the motor. It looks like the S is not correct and might be something else. My listings show that it should be all numbers. If you are trying to hook up the motor for tiller steer, there are parts that looks like they are missing in the photo. Here is a link to a diagram of the parts needed for a tiller setup.

Look at items 9 thru 13 that hooks to the carb rocker plate. Then look at the other rod that hooks to the stator plate , and the one that hooks to the shift linkage. This should give you an idea as to how and what is needed to fix the troubles for a tiller setup. JMO

Your s/n is a 1984. You remove the centre letter/s and just use the numbers, 695-023835:

25C M 695-022438 - 695-025667 1984
