25hp Mercury Outboard Bogging down issue

Hello,

I just recently purchased a 2004 25hp mercury bigfoot 4 stroke. The motor starts right up runs great for about 5 minutes at full speed then it bogs down and drops back to idle speed and will not go back up to speed unless i turn the motor off and restart it, then it will just do this over and over again. The carbs have just been cleaned and the fuel lines have just been replaced. Let me know what you think the problem could be.

Fuel pump? Have you tried squeezing the primer bulb when the engine starts to die down??

I have tried that but the motor stays bogged down.
