The engine is running rough and not hitting max rpm . no fault codes present but looking at the sensors the only thing that stands out is the engine load is showing 100% while the engine is not running. if it was automotive id be thinking MAF sensor ? what's you guys thoughts ?

No but the above results was with the engine not running.( it was pouring rain so didn't want to move computer and boat outside ) I was mainly wondering if it was normal for the engine load to read 100% with the engine not even running) I have located the issue causing the miss by doing a cylinder drop out test. Cylinder 3 has zero compression so ill have to dig into that and see what happend..
