HI! everyone, first time on this board. this is one of the greatest board I ever visit.<br />I have 25 hp johnson with oil inject bought it last year and have problem with the oil mixing system already. I have remove the mixing unit and do premix the oil, the engine working fine so far. I am suggest that anyone have this engine should remove the oil mixing unit to avoid damage to the engine, I have spoke to a few guys have the same engine, they all have the same problem.<br />also, can anyone please tell me, when I have ran the engine for about 10 minutes or so, I try to touch the power head, it seem a bit hot for me to touch. Is this normal all something wrong with the themostat. Is there anyway that I can eliminate themostat or by pass it so I don't have to depend on it.
