25 hp. mariner

I have a 25 mariner compression within 10# lbs of each other.top cyl has some water on sparkplug very little but still thinking new gaskets all around. how big of a job am I looking at and where to find parts?

help please, motor ran fine when put away. took it out and was hard to stsrt and ran on one cylinder. lower spark plug seems to have water on it. compression is 110 on top 100 on botton how to change head gaskets on this motor, and how big of a job?

There is no cylinder head or head gasket that can leak water into the cylinder !

oh ok maybe a loose bolt orderd a manual should be here soon any thoughts what it could be?

Lower crankshaft seal could be leaking.----Exhaust cover could be leaking.-----You stated top cylinder had water on it and now you say bottom has water as well ?
