25 HP and Mini 10 Filter

I have a 2005 25 hp two cylinder 2 cycle outboard and would like to install the mini 10 filter between the engine and the remote tank as ethanol is showing up in local stations.- tank is 3 ft from engine. Can engine fuel pump handle the restriction ?

yes, use the largest fuel line between the tank and filter that is reasonable. 5/16ths(8mm) minimum.
