1988 Evinrude E25TECCA. Good compression. Rebuilt carb yesterday. Have a manual for this engine. Used a lot of seafoam to decarbon just soaking the cylinders. Set link and synch but still have to move throttle and timing independently to keep running. Both spark plugs are soaking wet when I pull them after running motor. Thought primer may be running through so I pinched hose with no affect. Motor had been a good runner a few years ago. Stored for the last several years. Tiller handle was replaced and installed poorly so I had to work from zero on the link and synch. Borescoped cylinders and can still see cross hatch hone marks and no obvious defects.
