25 2009 F25LA operating range rpm.

What's the max rpm's ?
It's on a Geeno and it doesn't seem to be operating,
running up to speed.
I have a Tiny Tach and will find the rpm's at wide open.
Just need to compare to the right specs/

But the F25LA did not come into being until circa 2012.

Looking up the parts diagrams, they also say 2009
