Please help as I am stuck and don't want to mess anything up. I have searched online and read posts but I haven't found anything delaing with wiring of accessories to go with your 24 volt trolling motor batteries. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Here is my setup:

I have two batteries up front that will run my 24V trolling motor and I have seen the diagrams and understand how to run in "series" of how I need a jumper from one battery + to other battery - ...then positive from troll motor with fuse breaker to available positive and then negative from motor to free negative. OK I think I got that part. But now..... Where and to what battery(ies) will I hook up my on board charger that is up front and also my fish finder that is up front? To keep everything in series and to wire these how do I do it????? Please help.

*I have a starting battery in the back and will just use this for the starting, back helm fish finder and radio, etc. I am going to keep all the previous mentioned electronics running from the front.

Your accessories should be connected to the starting battery. The only thing connected to the trolling motor batteries should be the trolling motor. Sure you can run other things from 1 of the trolling batteries but it is not recommended. Especially your electronics.

Yep... 24v and 12v needs to stay seperate... If I were you, I would add a second battery in the stern of your boat next to your starting battery and wire them to a battery switch. That second battery should be a deep cycle. Run your 12v accessories off of that single deep cycle battery. That way, you conserve your starting battery at all times to ensure you can start up and get home...
