I am getting all the parts to geather to reassemble my motor, it had two bad cylinders with only 65hr on it. I need some tips that might help the life of the engine. I also need the torque for the rod, mains, block, and heads thanks

You really should figure out what caused 2 cylinder to go bad w/just 65 hours. Something is definately wrong. I just blew my 200hp Mec but it was 19 years old.
If you don't have an OEM manual you need to get one, then you know for sure. The aftermarket ones are just too general and covers too many engines. An OEM will be tailored for you model and will include the SR#'s covered.

Thanks, I got a OEM manual now. I just finish up on the assembly and test ran for 15min. I sill can not fine what killed the 2# & 6# cyl. I have a appointment with a mercury dealer to help solve this problem. I will post what they fine.
