20hp johnson possible over rev now no spark?

In reverse my 20hp Johnson came out of the water in reverse because in did not have it locked and possibly over reved . Two issues, oil drained from middle lower hole on shaft. This appers to be lower unit oil. Might need to replace seal? Bigger issue I have no spark. Moter ran great before this. Fuel and compresion ok. Cranks over fine. Points and condenors visaully look fine. Where to go from here? model 20R73-A or 20R75-A ser. E332735

check the kill switch wires they might be grounding out. Does it have a lanyard? Check it.

Don't see a lanyard. Where is the kill switch?
