2020 Monterey seat issues

I have a 2020 Monterey 224FS. The Sundeck and rear bench vinyls are ripping away from the stitching.
Wondering if anyone has had issues with Monterey seats. We had a Glastron for 14 years before and had no issues.

Being a season old I would be back at the dealer's letting them deal with it.

looks like improper stitch spacing. there is a reason that there is only 5-6 stitches per inch.

The dealer has been notified and are getting them replaced. My concern is what will the rest of them look like in 6-10 years after the 3 year Warranty is over.

The dealer is getting them replaced. The vinyl looks to be very thin and deteriorating. It now has a 7 inch rip along the stitching. Very cheaply made or poor quality not what I expected from Monterey,

Exact same boat and exact same issue. Glad to hear the dealer stepped up. I'm going to take mine in and forward a link to this thread to quell any potential "looks like abuse" statements.

Most boat companies will cut corners where they can. The Upholstery Package on most boats costs almost as much as the motor/drive. so saving $1000 by using the "cheap guy" is often the MO of boat builders.
