2020 eNascar - iBristol - eNascar iRacing Pro Invitational Series

This afternoon we'll have the 3rd electrifying race in the eNascar iRacing Pro Invitational Series coming from iBristol. The first two iRaces were on 1.5 iMile iTracks and today marks the first short iTrack iRace at only .533 iMiles. Since iBristol Speedway is only about 2000 feet from Thunder Valley dragstrip. will there be lightning?

This race has a format change and 2 50 lap qualifying heats for 32 spots;

  • Race teams have begun layoffs due to Nascar suspending the race schedule.
  • NASCAR has begun to circulate a revised potential schedule that starts with the Coke 600 and includes four midweek races and two additional doubleheader weekends.
• Bristol field is only 32 cars, don't know why.

• As noted in the schedule, 2 lap qualifying followed by 2 50 lap heats to set starting spots for the iRace.
• Check your TV schedules. Atlanta FOX affiliate has infomercials all afternoon and no iRace. :blue:
• TV rating - NASCAR broke its own record for the most-viewed eSports event in history last Sunday’s virtual Texas Motor Speedway. The broadcast, which aired on both FOX and FS1, earned a combined 0.81 rating with 1.339 million viewers. HB comment - We are stuck at home and will watch anything.
