Hi, I've only had the new boat and motor a couple of weeks. The motor starts fine when battery switch is on 1 (the starting battery) and nothing else is turned on.
It will fire up several times in a row at home on its trailer with ears and water, BUT as soon as I turn on the radio or plotter/sounder unit the motor
will not start anymore while on switch position 1. It will only beep once but no starter cranking or any other noise. I think I have the same problem as Jeff posted a couple of days ago. The throttle is in neutral and I don't even touch it. Has anyone has the same experience? Any ideas I can try? I live a couple of hours from the dealer so if I can fix it at home I would rather. Thank you so much for any suggestions.
