2014 yamaha f90 shuts down

Guys, my 2014 yamaha F90 shuts down like out of fuel. What I know, engine runs fine until it dies like out of fuel. Today ran at house, primer bulb tight, motor idles fine then shuts down. Open vapor separator drain and only got an ounce of fuel to drain out. IS this a fuel pump problem or air leak on fuel supply??? Thanks for any help.

Update, dealer found the vent off the VST tank had been crimped from the factory, causing vapor lock once engine up to temp and then shut down for 45 minutes. Motor would crank but die once on top, had to pump primer bulb to restart. Before taking to the dealer I could duplicate the problem...crank when cold, bring up to operating temp, shut down for 45 min....try to catch a fish...restart OK but die once on top. Got luck mechanic notice crimped vent on VST. Maybe this will help someone.
