2014 SHO VF250 coolant outlets ?

Hi,

Was running the engine in a tub working on something else and noticed water coming out of the lower unit in a couple places. Always ran on muffs before but this engine wasn't getting enough water so I put it in a tub. see attached video....... is it normal to have coolant coming out of the 2 locations i am pointing at?
