We just bought a brand new suntracker in 2012. It has the 2012 mercury efi 4stroke engine and the gas tank is at the rear of the pontoon between the pontoons. When we go to the max speed water comes over the gas cap. Last year water got in our gas tank at 1/2 tank and we were told that it was possible the spout got flooded because of the way we backed off the boat. We had to pay for a repair. This year we put the boat in the water and the boat ran fine until 1/2 tank and it did the same thing. It bogs down and eventually quit We had to be towed back to the dock and found out the same thing happened. The tank had water in it. Is this a design flaw or are we doing something that is causing water to go in the tank? We made sure we didn't back off the power suddenly but took it down slow. I would really appreciate any help we can get. Thanks
