2011 Tahoe Q5 SF - Max RPM and Speed Issues

Just purchased a 2011 Tahoe Q5 SF. Compression checked fine, the boat runs fine. With the throttle all the way forward, it is topping out at around 4,000 RPM and 37 MPH. Everything I see online and on the forums say it should run around 4800-4900 RPM and around 45-50 MPH. What could be wrong?

It is the Mercury 4.3 TKS, Alpha OneDrive 1.81, and has what looks to be the stock the 3 blade prop.

Any help would be appreciated!

Are you using trim???

I am. I have tried trimmed all the way down and have also trimmed up along the way to see if it helps. No change.

See what prop is on it. But it will struggle for 50mph even if it was perfect.
