Motor was running great while trolling and died. The motor will turn over but it will not restart. Normally when the key is turned on I will get a start up beep and hear the high pressure fuel pump run for a few seconds. The beep and pump both are not coming on now.
I took a spark plug out and turned the motor over to check for spark and it seems I have no spark at the plugs. I have checked all the fuses I can find and all seem good.
I tried disconnecting the Lanyard kill switch black yellow wire and that did not help. I temporarily swapped the trim relay and the main power relay but that did not help.
I disconnected the electric connector to the fuel vapor separator and one pin has 12.6 volts with the key on but the pump does not come on.
I disconnected the electric connector to the coil and one pin has 12.6 volts but I am not getting spark to the plugs.
I checked the voltage on the black yellow wire that goes to the lanyard switch and it has 4.8 volts.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
