2011 8 HP Mercury 4 Stroke

Hello everyone,
I am having a problem that feels like an engine mis. Idles fine and WOT is good, but between 3300-4000 rpm it hesitates. New spark plugs, all new fuel lines and filter. Any ideas where I should look? Thanks!

Does it misbehave if you hold it at 3300-4000 rpm or does it do it at WOT at 3300-4000 rpm on its way to full revs?

It stumbles when I am just cruising at 3300-4000 and from idle up to WOT.

Ooooh Id love to put the pick up / trigger coil on an oscilloscope ( just had a bit of this bulls hit with a Suzuki road bike )

Which one is that? I see 2 different parts, 1 labeled coil ignition (it's under the flywheel) and 1 labeled coil assembly ignition (it's mounted on the side of the engine with the spark plug wire)?

Small one , usually under the flywheel .
