2010 Waverunner won't start

When I push the unlock button the security light flashes multiple times but there is no "BEEP,BEEP" and the start button doesn't crank the engine. Pushing the lock button make the security light flash off but again no normal "BEEP". Only 4 hrs on this new Waverunner. Any ideas??

Added info. I took the battery out of the remote and reinstalled it. Pushed unlock on the remote and the security light blinked constantly for about 30 seconds before going solid. No "BEEP,BEEP" and the start button does not crank the engine.
