I just bought a new Carb and received the 3H9-03200-1. Can I use this one in place of 3AT-03200-0? What is the difference? Also should the new carb already be adjusted correctly?

Yes and Yes. It's the carb for the 4A, which is a better overall carb. But why didn't you get the 3R4032001M carb for the 6A and gain 50% in hp?

Thank you so much for your response. This outboard is for a Hunter 212 Sailboat which is only rated for up to 4 HP. We only need it to get in and out of the slip and out into the open water.
