Model 1A51413KZ. Motor not charging. New battery. While running (on the water) i can watch the volts on dash gauge go down. Shut motor off. Will not start. Have normal operational beeb when turn turn key. Is this a regulator issue oris therea fuse I'm not seeing. Thank in advance.
