2010 5.7 GXI power trim question

My power trim stopped working intermittenty today.
Now even with the ign off it starts trying to go down on its own, cycling every few minutes, as if i had pressed the trim button.
Pressing the trim knob stops it.

I uessing a relay?Are there two? Are they easy to change?

It may be chaffed and shorted wires in the control handle or sticking button. Doesn't really sound like a relay problem.
